Insight Global is looking for a Data & AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of key data and artificial intelligence initiatives, including a Microsoft Copilot project and broader AI scale‑out efforts. This role will be responsible for managing complex, cross‑functional projects that span data governance, data management, and enterprise AI adoption. This is a full‑time, on‑site role, offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with technical and business teams.

• 8+ years of project management experience, delivering complex technology or data‑driven initiatives
• Proven experience managing Data and AI projects, including enterprise AI or Copilot implementations
• Strong background in data governance and data management within large or regulated environments
• PMP certification (or relevant experience) with demonstrated use of formal project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in matrixed organizations

• Experience with the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot)
• Exposure to AI adoption, responsible AI frameworks, or model lifecycle management
