Job Title: Jr HR
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr HR to join our team and support HR operations across the Americas. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with HR leaders and business partners, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience for approximately 260 employees.
Responsibilities
Coordinate HR operations including onboarding, employee records management, and HR reportingMaintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system (Oracle preferred)Support recruitment processes such as reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment stepsFacilitate new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging experiencePrepare employee documentation, including employment changes and offboarding lettersServe as a point of contact for employees and managers for day-to-day HR supportEnsure HR practices comply with local employment laws and company policiesSupport employee engagement initiatives such as wellness, inclusion, and team programsAssist with HR projects, reporting, and regional HR initiatives across the AmericasCollaborate with IT and Facilities to coordinate new hire setup and employee offboardingRequirements
Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experienceExperience supporting new employee onboardingProficiency with HRIS systems (Oracle strongly preferred)Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related fieldStrong customer service and employee support mindsetAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
