Senior HRIS Project Manager to support a re-implementation of SAP Success Factors as part of an HR modernization project

This role is 5 days a week in Calgary office

Must Have:

  • Experience as an Senior HRIS Project Manager to support a re-implementation of SAP Success Factors from assessment and RFP initiation through to vendor selection and implementation
  • Strong understanding of HR business process
  • Experience with HR modernization
  • Excellent v
    endor (implementation partner) management experience
  • Success Factors experience to include Onboarding, recruitment, performance management, employee Central, Talent Management (benefits)

    • Nice to have:

  • PMP
  • Success Factors certifications
    • Position Requirements
    10+ Years work experience
