A global engineering organization is seeking a HR Coordinator to support HR operations across the Americas. This role will support employee lifecycle activities including new hire onboarding, HRIS data management, recruitment coordination, and HR compliance.
This position is initially maternity leave coverage, but high performers may be considered for extension or longer-term opportunities based on business needs and performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to gain exposure to a fast-paced, international HR environment supporting multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate new employee onboarding including documentation, orientation scheduling, and HR system setup
- Maintain and update employee records within Oracle HRIS or similar HR systems
- Support recruitment processes including background checks, references, and pre-employment requirements
- Prepare HR documentation such as employment letters, employment changes, and offboarding paperwork
- Ensure HR processes comply with employment regulations and internal policies
- Maintain employee data integrity and confidentiality across HR systems
- Assist with HR reporting and administrative HR projects
- Partner with HR leadership, IT, and operations to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting HR operations or HR coordination functions
- Experience with Oracle HRIS or similar HR information systems
- Experience coordinating new hire onboarding and employee documentation
- HR degree or HR-related certification
- Experience supporting HR teams across multiple locations or regions
- Contract: Maternity leave coverage
- Potential extension: High performers may be considered for longer-term opportunities
- Travel: None/Minimal.
- Schedule: 5 days/week - hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
