A Calgary-based nonprofit mental health centre is seeking a Manager, People & Culture - Labour Relations & Operations to lead labour relations and oversee People & Culture operations. This role is critical in supporting leaders and employees through complex people issues, ensuring compliance, and enhancing organisational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Human Resources or Labour Relations, along with progressive People & Culture experience, particularly in a unionized environment.
