Our client is looking for a Success Factors HRIS Analyst to play a critical role in the optimization, configuration, and ongoing support of core HR systems. This position is ideal for an experienced Success Factors professional with hands‑on configuration expertise in Employee Central and at least one additional core module, such as Benefits or Compensation. As a key member of the HRIS team, you will partner closely with HR, IT, and vendors to enhance system functionality, support business processes, and ensure data integrity while contributing to both operational support and project‑based initiatives.

- Configure, maintain, and support core SAP Success Factors modules, with a strong focus on Employee Central, Benefits, and Compensation, including security roles, workflows, and business rules.
- Manage and resolve HRIS support tickets, troubleshooting system and data issues in collaboration with HR stakeholders, IT, and external vendors.
- Perform regular audits and proactive maintenance to ensure data integrity, system stability, and compliance with HR policies and privacy regulations.
- Support project‑based initiatives and system enhancements, including testing, implementation, and deployment of new features and functionality.
- Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using SAP Success Factors reporting tools and Power BI to provide insights into HR processes and employee data.
- Document HRIS configurations, processes, and procedures, and develop training materials to support end users and functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years of hands‑on Success Factors configuration experience in Employee Central and one or more of Benefits or Compensation.
- Demonstrated ability to configure and support Success Factors modules, including business rules, workflows, and data structures.
- Experience managing HRIS tickets and supporting system enhancements and small to mid‑sized projects.
- Strong technical skills including advanced Excel, Power BI, and experience with reporting and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, data privacy requirements (PIPA, PIPEDA), and the ability to apply analytical and critical thinking to solve system and process challenges.
Pay: $95,000 - $100,000 annually plus potential bonus, RRSP matching and Pension.
5 days per week in office in Calgary, Alberta or Vancouver, BC.
