Enersul is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Calgary. This role will have responsibility for a variety of Human Resources tasks; with the opportunity to contribute to many activities and projects.
Overall Responsibilities:
Provides direction, insight, and assistance to managers and employees on HR related matters.Manages the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation.Partners with colleagues on Benefit Plan management and administration.Work with managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices.Provide backup for payroll processing.Works closely with HR Director on coordination of internal processes and programs related to Talent Management and Employee Development.Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.Assist with HR reporting and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.Collaborate with the management team on strategic HR initiatives and projects.Other duties as required.Qualifications and Experience :
Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Generalist or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Continuous improvement mindset.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Knowledge of payroll practices (ADP) would be of benefit.Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and MS Office Suite.Learn more about Enersul at
