HR Business Partner

Calgary based client is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our clients HR team. The successful candidate plays a strategic role in enabling business performance by working directly with leaders to strengthen leadership capability, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support high‑quality workforce decisions.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Partner with and coach leaders to set expectations, address performance early, and build accountable teams.

Support workforce planning, team design, role clarity, and succession planning.

Identify and remove operational barriers to execution.

Drive organizational change and ensure frontline adoption.

Turn strategy into practical, people-focused leadership actions.

Enable data‑informed decisions on workforce planning, org design, and process improvement.

Your strengths include:

CPHR designation required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline

10+ years of progressive HR experience partnering directly with business leaders.

Strong business acumen and understanding of operational realities.

Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, influence decisions, and drive execution.

Experience working with HRIS systems and modern HR tools.
