Position: Analyst, HR Data and Org Management (contract)

We currently have a full-time opportunity for an Analyst, HR Data and Org Management to join our National HR team.

This position is a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for organizational management configuration and maintenance within the Dayforce, Success Factors and SAP systems.
  • Maintain the foundational HR data structure within Dayforce, Success Factors and SAP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
  • Provide comprehensive support to all levels of management regarding organizational management, system configuration, plus access, and user security for the Success Factors and SAP HR systems.
  • Ensure data integrity by partnering with HR teams to confirm that organizational structures and requirements meet the needs of all HR systems and downstream processes.
  • Oversee legislative compliance related to organizational structure, including the maintenance of WCB rates and tables in SAP.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into system access issues, approval workflows, and structural relationships when organizational management discrepancies arise.
  • Understand end to end business processes and system integrations to troubleshoot payroll issues and identify dependencies across systems.
  • Perform advanced problem solving and analysis using complex datasets and reporting tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for structure inquiries, including resolving errors, and responding to email requests.
  • Participate as an active member of project teams for initiatives that impact the Dayforce, Success Factors and SAP HR system, providing subject matter expertise and execution support.
  • Mentor and support the skill development of less experienced team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and team capability growth.
  • Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure data structures and inputs support accurate, reliable reporting and downstream system requirements.
  • Perform additional related duties as required to support HR systems, operations, and business needs.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in payroll/HR systems, data analytics, or system configuration
  • Knowledge of Dayforce, Success Factors and SAP payroll systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Post-secondary education preferred, or relevant work experience
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced problem solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR and payroll
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision
