The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, people‑focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment operations and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR or recruitment career who loves building relationships, staying organized, and keeping processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, and industry‑specific job boards
- Use Boolean search basics to identify potential candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles
- Conduct outreach to passive candidates
- Maintain and organize a talent pipeline for frequently recruited roles
- Track sourcing activity and share insights on what channels are performing best
- Recruitment Operations
- Post job openings across job boards, social channels, and internal platforms
- Review resumes for basic qualification alignment and shortlist candidates
- Manage candidate communications to ensure timely, positive interactions
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams
- Support pre‑employment processes such as reference checks, offer letter preparation, and documentation tracking
- Keep ATS records and recruitment spreadsheets up to date
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure candidates feel supported and informed throughout the process
- Support interview logistics, including room setup or virtual meeting preparation
- Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, or community outreach initiatives
- People & Culture Support
- Assist with onboarding preparation for new hires
- Help maintain employee files and HR documents
- Support culture, engagement, and communication initiatives in partnership with the P&C team
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to ATS or HRIS tools is an asset
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn more about Talent Acquisition
