Foster employee engagement through day-to-day Human Resource ActivitiesAssist site Branch Managers with strategies and tactical needs to ensure compliance with appropriate federal and provincial employment laws and company policiesHandling labour relations which can include, but is not limited to, harassment investigations, performance management, and union grievancesMaintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee matters and Company informationAssist with interpretation, application, and implementation of our Collective Bargaining AgreementsAssist with preparations for Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations and implement outcomesAdditional tasks as requiredWhat We’re Looking For
5 or more years in Human Resources, Labour Relations (or a related field), with stories to tell!Ability to work in an armed environmentInterpersonal, problem solving, organization skills and a team playerDetail oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlinesAbility to work in a fast paced, high stress & high volume environmentAbility to prioritize workload and adapt with minor supervisionAbility to build and maintain internal relationships with Business PartnersPrior experience with internal investigations is a plusFormal HR/LR education is a plusPrior experience managing union relationsUnionized environment background:
