Human Resources Manager

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join one of Calgary's largest aerospace manufacturing companies. This opportunity is on-site in Calgary, AB, working 5 days a week, 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will support the coordination and execution of HR strategies, services, policies, and programs for manufacturing operations in Calgary and Victoria. They will act as a trusted advisor to their client group, direct reports, and peers to ensure effective HR service delivery.

The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity and complexity, and drive process improvements while balancing multiple priorities. Strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and team collaboration are essential. The role involves managing a team of 4 HR Business Partners.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide full-cycle recruitment support, including strategy development, direct sourcing, and reporting.
• Lead execution of core HR programs such as performance management, compensation, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Support HR strategy, services, policies, and programs for manufacturing operations in Calgary and Victoria.

• Minimum of 5 years management experience, preferably site experience.
• Experience in organizations undergoing multiple acquisitions (2-3 annually).
• Experience in a dynamic growth environment.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

• Manufacturing/Aerospace experience.
