Do you want to work for the largest (and in our opinion!) and best Engineering Recruitment company across the Globe? We have an exciting opportunity to tell you about. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Calgary office.


** Must live in Calgary, Alberta, and be able to commute to the local office**

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis.
  • Business Development (75% of the role).
  • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand the talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
  • Call current contractor workforce or recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service and seek candidate referrals.
  • Account management of new and existing clients, including client visits.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards as dictated by NES Fircroft, including company quality processes, in-country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client-specific process requirements.
  • Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients.
  • Develop and build long-term strategic client relationships through both telephone contact and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain a balance of job orders and qualified candidates, managing multiple complex selling opportunities.
Experience:
  • 2-3 years recruitment experience (Agency required).
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ambitious and eager to succeed.
  • Target-oriented work experience.
