Housekeeping Supervisor

Purpose:

You are the leader of the housekeeping staff and your performance can define our reputation in the industry. It is your job to lead by example and ensure cleanliness throughout both common space and individual rooms.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure all buildings are cleaned daily
  • Manage and organize the daily tasks of the housekeeping staff
  • Ensure that you and your staff are tidy and presentable each day, as you are a representative of Redrock
  • Coordinate laundry operations
  • Report to the Camp Manager or Redrock Manager
  • Communicate with the Camp Manager every day regarding room logistics
