Adhering to all safety and operational policies and proceduresEnsuring that each customer interaction is friendly and professionalAdvising of any potentially dangerous mechanical or operational hazardsFamiliar with operational and emergency policies and proceduresMaintain orderly traffic conditions in the terminalsEnsuring that the terminal and staff room are kept orderly and well maintainedCleaning the interior and exterior of gondolasAssisting in lift maintenance as requiredWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?
Strong customer service skillsStanding for majority of your shiftPushing/Lifting up to 50lbsDemands physical activity for the entire work dayProven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelinesLift operations experience an assetFirst Aid Training and Driver’s license an assetTo honour our "Always Honest" policy all employees must consent to a criminal and credit chequeWhat will your work environment be like?
