Job Description Join the prestigious Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Front Office Manager and lead a dynamic team in delivering world-class hospitality. Duties Include:
Oversee the daily front office operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, smooth departures, and an exceptional guest journey.Hiring, coaching, developing, and performance managing the Front Desk teamResolve guest concerns with care, professionalism, and prompt action, ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression.Improve service delivery by streamlining procedures and removing obstacles that hinders serviceDevelop visionary proposals aimed at improving service climate, colleague moral, and shareholder returnManage staff schedules and handle payroll processing.Practicing room yield management, to ensure maximum profitability of overall operationsOversee inventory management, including room types and categories.Qualifications
Previous supervisory or management experience in front office operationsHotel Operations diploma or degree from a recognized institute an assetOperational knowledge and use of Opera and Microsoft Office SuiteYou may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
