A leading healthcare provider in Calgary is seeking a Social Worker to assist clients and families with social and financial issues related to continuing care admissions. This role involves collaborating with the Community Care Coordinator to develop discharge plans and communicating with clients about their progress. The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Social Work, a valid Driver’s License, and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

This position offers flexible casual hours with competitive pay ranging from $38.56 to $51.27 per hour.
