Compounding Pharmacist – Full Time or Part Time

About us:

Central Labs is one of Alberta’s leading names in pharmacy compounding, with multiple state-of-the-art laboratories serving patients and healthcare providers across the province. We specialize in both sterile and non-sterile compounding, supporting a wide range of therapeutic needs with precision, safety, and personalized care. As we expand into Calgary, we’re seeking a full-time or part-time pharmacist to help lead our newest compounding centre.

• Supervise and support compounding activities
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and provincial/federal regulations
• Prepare and maintain master formulas and risk assessments
• Verify compounding orders and release finished preparations

• Active registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (required)
• Compounding experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced lab
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to provide references and criminal record check
• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Schedule: 8–9 hour shifts, weekdays with some weekends
• Salary: above market rate, based on experience
