Embryologist - Oasis Fertility Centre

The incumbent will perform laboratory activities related to embryo culture, gamete and embryo manipulation, cryopreservation, ICSI, and embryo biopsy. Participation in a weekend and holiday rotation is required.

• Clinical Procedures:
  Oocyte retrieval, denudation, conventional IVF, ICSI, and embryo assessment.
• Laboratory Techniques:
  Extended culture, assisted hatching, vitrification/warming of embryos and oocytes, and trophectoderm biopsy for PGT.
• Andrology & Support:
  Semen preparation, embryo transfer preparation, and general andrology support.
• Compliance & Quality:
  Ensure strict adherence to lab protocols and regulatory/accreditation standards.
• Documentation:
  Accurately document clinical procedures in the EMR and patient records.
• Maintenance:
  Participate in equipment maintenance, inventory management, and daily/weekly/monthly QC/QA logs.

• BSc or MSc in Biology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience in a clinical IVF laboratory.
• Proficiency in ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, and embryo biopsy.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent time management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• CFAS certification as an ART Lab Professional (preferred).
