Overview

Our multidisciplinary clinic has an open rehab space that promotes true collaboration between clinicians. We have a large referral base from family medicine and allied health professionals throughout Calgary and always are working on new partnerships. The clinic offers innovative programs such as GLA:

D Back, GLA:

D Hip & Knee as well as collaborative care with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and other disciplines all in-house!

Position

Exceptional patient service, collaborative care and continued growth and improvement are highly valued at Momentum Health. We are presently seeking a Part-Time enthusiastic Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team and cover a 12-month leave.

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the CPTA
  • Valid liability insurance
  • Specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation: completed internal pelvic training courses in incontinence, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, pain management within a biopsychosocial framework, pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain or willing to pursue training in these areas
  • On Physiotherapy Alberta’s roster for use of needles in practice is an asset
  • Strong interest and knowledge in Manual Therapy
  • Excellent assessment and rehabilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional development courses an asset
