Medical Associate

Our FYidoctors Calgary - McKenzie Towne clinic is looking for a Medical Associate. This part‑time role requires 20‑29 hours per week. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

You will play a critical role delivering world‑class service and be the first point of contact with patients.

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter the clinic
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
• Administering pre‑testing services
• Upholding excellent customer‑service standards

• Customer‑facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfort and proficiency using technology and computers, especially MS Office Suite
• Professional, approachable manner and love of meeting and interacting with people
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
