As the first point of contact, the MOA ensures smooth clinic flow, efficient scheduling, and professional communication with patients. You’ll support both administrative needs and clinical staff, helping the practice deliver a warm, organized, and seamless patient experience.

• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate patient communication.
• Complete patient intake, update medical charts, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with billing, insurance coordination, and administrative duties.
• Support the Physician, NP, and clinical team with daily workflow.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all patients.

• Prior experience as a Medical Office Assistant preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficient with clinic software and electronic medical records.
• Friendly, patient-focused, and professional presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a small‑team environment.
