Position Summary

Working collaboratively with healthcare providers and support staff, Physiotherapists at Group
23 deliver exceptional rehabilitative services, treating every client as a unique individual with specific goals and aspirations. Through patient‑centric, multidisciplinary, and multimodal support, Physiotherapists help patients rise above injury and return to peak performance. Embodying the virtues of Humble, Hungry, and Smart (HHS), this role provides life‑enhancing rehabilitation experiences for patients and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Apply a comprehensive bio‑psycho‑social‑spiritual approach (#Rise Above).
  • Assess injuries and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence‑based interventions (exercise, manual therapy, modalities, IMS/acupuncture).
  • Provide and document home exercise programs.
  • Complete legal and insurance forms as required.
Process
  • Follow clinic protocols, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient charting using our clinic EMR.
  • Respond promptly to admin staff and leadership.
  • Submit timesheets and personal info on schedule.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe clinic spaces.
People
  • Build positive relationships and support colleagues.
  • Participate in team meetings and communications.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
Data
  • Track and document patient progress in EHR.
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Report insurance and legal documentation on time.
  • Complete annual education and licensing requirements.
  • Stay updated on best practices in physiotherapy and sports medicine.
  • Contribute to process improvements and uphold clinic standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Group

  • Expertise in privacy legislation, OHS, and IPAC policies relevant to healthcare and business operations.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; adapts to various personality types.
  • Creates a patient‑centered environment, educating and motivating patients to engage in their healthcare journey.
Skills
  • Strong attention to detail in capturing patient and treatment information to ensure a premium patient experience.
  • Excellent patient health record keeping and effective use of electronic health record management systems (including Netcare).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and using office/clinical equipment, as well as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Reliable adherence to assigned work schedules, completing daily tasks, patient charting, and follow‑up administrative duties.
