As an Injection Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and supporting clinical procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. You’ll collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, maintain high standards of infection control, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture. Dutiesand Responsibilities Patient Care & Experience
- Deliver clear instructions and empathetic communication to ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures
- Ensure every patient leaves feeling welcomed, reassured, and impressed by the quality of care
- Prepare and assist with ultrasound-guided injections, blood draws, centrifugation, and setup of materials/equipment
- Draw up and prepare injectates according to physician preferences
- Act as a clinical assistant during procedures, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining consistent communication with physicians and staff
- Support a positive clinic culture through teamwork, mutual respect, and shared accountability
- Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and feedback loops
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in managing patient information and documentation
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and transfer of clinical knowledge within the IPAC program
- Ensure timely and compliant documentation
- Organize supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure treatment rooms are well-stocked, clean, and compliant with protocols
- Follow established workflows for patient intake, treatment preparation, and post-procedure follow-up
- Suggest improvements to clinic processes for a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment
Knowledge

- Clinical procedures including venipuncture and centrifugation
