With a minimum of 1 year experience in a barbershop/hair salon

Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond for every guest, every time
Manage written and verbal communications, respond to emails and phone calls, manage service queues, and support the team
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Assist with visual merchandising and product inventory (asset)
Support and collaborate with salon/barbershop/spa teams
Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time-management and multitasking
Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
Experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is a bonus
Outgoing and positive personality
