In this role, you’ll work closely with our dental and aesthetics team to help clients achieve both healthy, confident smiles and radiant, rejuvenated skin. You’ll deliver treatments using cutting-edge technology (like Emface and Exion), focusing on consistency, results, and creating a client experience that feels seamless and supportive.

• You confidently deliver skin treatments with professionalism, care, and precision
• You educate clients while allowing the technology to shine—focusing on results, not over-selling
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well with the dental and aesthetics teams
• Clients leave feeling seen, supported, and excited to return
• You bring a positive energy that contributes to a calm, elevated clinic environment
• Specialist in Alumier MD skincare products +/or willing to learn about it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized skin assessments using advanced imaging technology (Aura Facial Scanner).

• Provide tailored treatment recommendations and perform non-invasive facial rejuvenation procedures (Emface, Exion, Clear RF, etc.).

• Lead Alumier

MD skincare consultations and recommend customized medical-grade skincare regimens.

• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment skincare and support long-term results through product and service knowledge.

• Maintain accurate treatment notes and uphold the highest standards in cleanliness, patient care, and professionalism.

• Participate in client-focused events and educational experiences to promote service offerings and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician or Certified Medical Esthetician (Diploma from a recognized institution).

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics or advanced skincare.

• Proficient in clinical-grade skincare (Alumier

MD knowledge an asset).

• Experience with energy-based devices or non-invasive facial technologies (training available).

• Passionate about patient experience, skincare education, and results-driven aesthetics.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
