You will support performance analysis, stewardship, planning, and continuous improvement of cost and finance processes for our Fort Hills support and services areas. • Five years of relevant financial and analytical experience
• A bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting or Finance
• Working towards a recognized accounting designation (CPA, CFA) with a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Power BI and presentation development
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively outside of finance and a strong attention to detail

• Effectively communicate financial performance, strategies and key drivers to leadership and finance stakeholders
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarize findings into actionable insights
• Coordinate, prepare and deliver monthly accruals, performance management reports, forecasts, budget and business planning deliverables to senior leaders
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in performance reporting, planning processes and deliverables
• Gather and interpret data from different sources, identify and analyze operational trends, and develop strategies to address issues or concerns

• You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
• Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
