About the Opportunity

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and account reconciliations.

Prepare accurate and timely management financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements.

Prepare annual consolidated financial statements, including accompanying notes.

Develop and update budgets, monitor financial performance against budgets, and provide variance analysis and insights.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors.

Coordinate the annual insurance program renewal process.

Maintain, evaluate, and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within a corporate environment

Salary Range
$110,000 - $135,000 / year
