Senior Vice President - Finance

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced  Senior Vice President, Finance  to join our client's finance team supporting Calgary and Banff, AB. In this role you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, governance, and performance across the organization. This role provides strategic insights to support decision-making, ensures robust financial controls, and champions process improvements to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead long-term financial strategy, annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Oversee operating P&L, capital planning, and financial performance management

Provide executive-level financial insights to guide strategic decisions

Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks

Champion financial systems, planning tools, and process improvements

Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth initiatives and operational excellence

Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and financial planning processes

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business required; MBA preferred

12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership of high-performing teams

Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and analysis

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems

Experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or investor relations preferred

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through change

Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
