Canada’s Largest Credit Union! We are hiring for a Leasing Sales Coordinator to join our Stride Capital team in Southwest Calgary.

Employment Status: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., in person.
Location: In‑person role, Stride Capital office located in Southwest Calgary.

- Develop and build credit packages from start to finish using information and data obtained by each Account Manager.
- Read and understand personal and commercial credit reports, research, and analyze collateral value and secondary market to understand each lease submission.
- Review transaction information to prepare credit submissions including application, credit write‑up, quotes, employment verification and financial statements to establish a credit profile sufficient to let the credit team make an informed decision.
- Work alongside the documentation team to get deals documented and funded.
- Be responsible for data input and integrity of Aspire data for each submission.
- Gain exposure in conducting amortization schedules to identify the rates on return of gross profit for each deal funded.
Experience
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, and/or administrative environment is an asset.
- Professional sales, negotiation, presentation, and communications skills.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and effectively work on multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Education
- Currently enrolled or graduated BA/BS degree in Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, International Business, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred).
- High School Diploma required.
