A leading real estate firm in Calgary is seeking a Financial Management Assistant to support the Capital and Portfolio Accounting Teams. Responsibilities include calculating and verifying amortization assumptions, processing leasing and capital cost amortization, and assisting with fiscal budget preparation. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program and have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
