Overview Middle management position – Vice President, Business Growth – Tax Mobility and Equity Compliance – within Morgan Stanley at Work, a division of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. The role drives global equity compliance tools and sales, serving multinational clients on legal, tax, and mobility issues related to share plans.

Responsibilities Lead technical presentations on global equity plan regulatory and tax issues, showcasing Global Intelligence Platform, Share works, and Equity Edge Online.
Serve as subject matter expert for tax functionality supporting clients’ share plan compliance.
Drive business development and client relationship management to adopt the Global Intelligence platform and tax tools.
Own the sales function for the Global Intelligence and tax organization, including RFP review, prospect pipeline, and reporting to senior leadership.
Qualify new business by researching complex client requirements and scoping solutions.
Feed client requirements and market trends to the Global Intelligence team to influence product roadmap.
Present at Morgan Stanley’s Thrive conference, industry conferences, and events to stay current on equity compensation plan compliance standards.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related discipline required; lawyer, CPA, or CEP desirable.
5–10 years professional experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments within financial services, tax industry, or equity compensation.
Strong technical understanding of global equity plan regulatory, tax, and mobility issues.
Proven ability to explain complex topics to expert and non-expert audiences across multiple media.
Team player mentality, high value on building strong relationships, and ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
Comfortable delivering effective presentations to varied audiences at all levels in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Desire to contribute to business growth, platform innovation, and superior user experience.
