A leading Canadian real estate company is seeking an Analyst of Debt to support the underwriting, origination, and management of their debt portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance or real estate, and 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or commercial lending. Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing presentations, and liaising with lenders.
