About the Role

Join ATCO as a Senior Analyst on the Investor Relations team and play a pivotal role in shaping how the company connects with the investment community. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations, you’ll craft and execute innovative strategies, build trusted relationships with investors and equity analysts, and deliver insights that guide senior executives. Your work will span impactful communications, equity market reporting, and special projects, all designed to elevate ATCO’s profile in the capital markets.

What

You Get to Do
  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with internal stakeholders, external investors and analysts.
  • Assist in developing investor‑relations strategies and support execution to ensure ATCO is represented fairly and accurately.
  • Help plan and implement investor events (conferences, road shows, on‑site meetings).
  • Work with investors and analysts to ensure external stakeholders accurately interpret publicly available information.
  • Log contact interactions in the investor‑relationship database and analyze data to uncover outreach opportunities.
  • Draft speaking points, Q&A documents and earnings‑call materials.
  • Prepare internal reports on investor base, peer analysis, sell‑side estimates, share‑performance changes and markets.
  • Produce ad‑hoc financial analysis, draft memos and prepare presentations for executive leadership.
  • Analyze trading volumes and valuation multiples for ATCO and peers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve the investor‑relations section of the website.
  • Stay current on market conditions.
What You Bring
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Economics or related discipline.
  • 6+ years experience in investor relations or related fields (equity research, corporate finance).
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for internal and external material.
  • Presentation experience delivering complex finance, accounting and business topics to diverse audiences.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Compelling written communication and concise reporting ability.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical acumen and clear articulation of findings.
  • Familiarity with NASDAQ IR Insight, Bloomberg, Capital IQ or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Preferred: CFA and/or CPA designation.
