About The Role
Our Senior Customer Experience Associates are the face, character, and heart of our branches. Scotiabank places customers first/code:decimal; and prioritizes helping them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and/or assisted.
- Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities, such as opening day‑to‑day accounts, fulfilling pre‑approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs.
- Nurture rich, long‑standing relationships.
- Be a technology expert, introducing clients to 頀 mobile banking applications and helping them manage their banking needs.

- Explain xceptions complicated concepts simply.
