• Assist corporations and organizations in evaluating and optimizing their capital position
• Support in raising financing capital (including debt, equity, or a combination) for organic growth, refinancing, M&A, or Management Buyout’s
• Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and stakeholders
• Build and prepare technical analyses, projections, forecasts and models
• Identify competitive issues and performance indicators on both a macro and micro level specific to the target market
• Research and formulate market and industry trends, broad synopsis and general conclusions
• Design and develop high quality deliverables including engagement letters, reports, presentations, correspondence and templates
• Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive प्राप्तियाँ
• Internally manage deal administration and support client acquisition processes and tracking
• Regularly update business unit performance metrics
• Work collaboratively with the client engagement team
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

• Bachelor’s post‑secondary degree (required)
• Master’s Degree in a related field is considered an asset
• CFA, CPA, CBV, CMC, or CSC designation, or pursuing, is considered an asset
• Exempt Market Dealer Registration beneficial before hiring and required post‑hiring
• 3–5 years of professional services experience in capital markets, corporate finance or transaction due diligence services is considered an asset
• Recent completion of the Exempt Market Proficiency Course or Canadian Securities Course is considered an asset
• Extensive experience in the preparation, evaluation, and analysis of financial statements
• Strong modelling skills
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals
