Position

Highlights
  • As an analyst you’ll execute a broad range of transactions, taking on increasing responsibility and initiative.
  • Focus on client presentations, financial modeling, research, and data analysis; progress to live transactions and business development guidance.
  • High level of diligence and commitment required; work is presented to senior executives at client firms with only necessary supervision.
  • Limited hierarchy and small project teams offer ample career growth, interaction with Corporate Banking, Equity Capital Markets, Global Fixed Income and Global Equity Derivatives.
  • New analysts may participate in the Capital Ideas Program, an intensive training program that develops culture, people, products, and essential soft and technical skills.
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients, including development of financial models.
  • Create marketing materials and presentations.
  • Support transaction structuring and execution, taking on increasing responsibility over time.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with clients.
  • Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and maintain models.
  • Collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data.
  • Prepare client presentations, compiling data and assembling materials.
  • Support drafting of prospectuses and related documentation for transactions.
  • Apply product and capital markets knowledge to help clients achieve financial objectives.
What You'll Bring
  • 1‑3 years’ work experience in Investment Banking or M&A preferred;
    Equity Research, corporate finance in an accounting firm, or management consulting experience may also be considered.
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business, Math, Engineering or Science.
  • Proven record of outstanding achievement in academic and extracurricular activities.
  • Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to excel under pressure and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • High professional standards, personal integrity and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to new situations.
  • High energy and eagerness to learn new concepts.
Work Arrangement

This position is currently onsite, with the expectation of working 5 days a week in the office. Changes may occur based on business needs.
