About the Role:

Join ATCO as a Senior Analyst on the Investor Relations team and play a pivotal role in shaping how the company connects with the investment community. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations, in this dynamic and high-visibility role, you’ll craft and execute innovative strategies, build trusted relationships with investors and equity analysts, and deliver insights that guide senior executives. Your work will span impactful communications, equity market reporting, and special projects, all designed to elevate ATCO’s profile in the capital markets.

What You Get to Do:

• Support the development and maintenance of effective relationships with internal stakeholders and information providers, key external investors, and analysts.

• Assist in the development of investor relations strategies and support the execution of those strategies to ensure the ATCO Group is fairly and accurately represented to the investment community.

• Assist with the planning and implementation of investor events, including investor conferences, road shows and on-site meetings to ensure the company maintains positive relationships with its investor base and the analyst community.

• Alongside the larger Investor Relations team, actively work with investors and analysts to ensure external stakeholders appropriately interpret publicly available information about the ATCO Group.

• Log investor and analyst outreach interactions in the investor relationship database system. Analyze this data to identify opportunities to improve investor outreach plans.

• Draft speaking points, Q&A documents, and earnings call materials.

• Support in the development and preparation of internal reports on the investor base, peer analysis, sell-side analyst estimates, changes in share performance and overall markets.

• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, draft memos and prepare presentations for the executive leadership team.

• Conduct analysis of trading volumes and valuation multiples for the ATCO Group and peers.

• Work with internal stakeholders to maintain and deliver on-going improvements to the investor relations section of the website.

• Maintain an understanding of current market conditions.

What You Bring:

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• + years of investor relations experience or related experience in equity research or corporate finance.

• Excellent attention to detail matched with high standards when creating material for internal and external audiences.

• Demonstrated experience in presenting complex finance, accounting and broad business topics to an audience of diverse technical abilities, both verbally, and through the creation of presentation materials.

• Experience working with senior executives and external stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Compelling written communication skills with the ability to write concise reports and presentations.

• Advanced skills with the Office suite of applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical abilities combined with acute ability to articulate analytical findings.

• Experience with NASDAQ IR Insight, Bloomberg, Capital IQ or other similar platforms is preferred.

• CFA and/or CPA designation is preferred.
