Position: GBM - Investment Banking Internship/ Co-op - Summer 2027

In this role, you will:
Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients, including the development of financial models, marketing materials and presentationsSupport client pitch and deal execution effortsPrepare financial and written analysis of companies and industries, including the development of valuation models, pro forma financial statements and comparable company analysis, etc.Perform in-depth company and industry researchSource data required to perform financial analysisDraft prospectuses and marketing presentations for transactionsPrepare client presentationsApply product and capital markets knowledge to help clients achieve their financial objectivesDo you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We are very interested to meet and work with students that:
This role is targeting students who are currently enrolled in post-secondary education in a Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Economics or Math discipline with a target graduation year of 2028.Have a proven record of outstanding achievement in academic and extracurricular activitiesEffectively learns new skills with a high cadence of personal developmentEnjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as student-run investment funds, conferences, clubs, and competitions/hackathonsAre clearly interested in Investment BankingEnvisions themselves working for an international global organization that heavily invests in their future.Possess strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting and financial theoryCan communicate effectively both in writing and verballyHave a high level of attention to detailManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of workMaintains high professional standards with a strong sense of personal integrity and teamworkDemonstrates an ability to quickly adapt to new situationsHas a high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new conceptsIs an independent thinker and have proven ability to make decisionsWhat's in it for you?
