About

The Role

The Manager of Relationship Marketing will oversee the Executive Casino Host team while reporting directly into the Director of VIP Casino Operations. They will be responsible for day‑to‑day team operations and provide guidance on how to develop strong long‑term relationships with high‑end customers and VIPs of our BetMGM brands. In addition, they will monitor team goals and objectives including player maintenance, retention, development, and acquisition, ensure Casino Hosts are following all internal policies and procedures while providing guidance on player reinvestment, and submit reports back to their direct line manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis around the performance of key measurable objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Direct line manager for the Executive Casino Host team
  • Achieve measurable goals and objectives with the Executive Casino Hosts, including maintenance, retention, development, and acquisition
  • Execute the regional comp strategy and internal guidelines
  • Ensure Executive Casino Hosts maintain close ties with high‑value guests through personal contact
  • Handle difficult guest situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner
  • Responsible for leading the Executive Casino Host Team to meet and exceed VIP goals and KPIs
  • Utilize data reporting when running daily operations
  • Working with their direct line manager continually examine and evaluate monthly and quarterly KPIs while providing recommendations based on the results
  • Establish an effective working relationship with all operating departments and understand departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for training, scheduling, rewarding, and disciplining the employees
  • Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with departmental and company policies
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Department Leadership

Essential Functions
  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing casino hosts team or equivalent
  • Proven experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing or other account management
  • Sales driven, computer literate with an emphasis on Excel, excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Detail oriented with effective time management skills and the ability to produce results while working under pressure
  • The ability to work independently, offer top tier customer service and identify customer trigger points
  • Analytically curious with the ability to think outside the box to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • The ability to travel and attend off‑property events
Desired
  • Excellent knowledge of gaming and the gaming industry
  • Experience hosting customers within a hospitality environment, preferably a casino environment
  • Multilingual
