Aircraft Asset Manager

As an Aircraft Asset Manager, you will oversee technical and financial aspects of leased aircraft, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and smooth transitions. Your expertise will directly support global leasing operations and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee technical and financial aspects of maintenance projects at MRO facilities
• Validate and approve work scopes for component overhaul or exchange
• Develop work scopes for lease return and delivery requirements
• Provide technical support for leased aircraft management
• Advise on contractual decisions for lease returns, deliveries, repossessions, and purchases
• Estimate costs for lease return and delivery work scopes
• Liaise with customers on technical and contractual matters
• Approve maintenance reserve claims and evaluate eligible work
• Conduct on-site technical audits at lessee facilities
• Support marketing and operations during aircraft transitions

• Licensed AME M2 or AME-E with experience on Dash 8 (all series), CRJ (all series), or Boeing 737 Classic/NG
• Minimum 5+ years in senior or lead maintenance role
• Strong understanding of aircraft acquisition, import/export procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software (CAMP, Traxxall)
• Ability to travel internationally

• Previous experience in aviation leasing or asset management
• Familiarity with major repairs and alterations
• Strong negotiation and customer liaison skills
• Exposure to multi-cultural, global aviation environments
