What

You’ll Do
  • Lead the permitting process end‑to‑end, including strategic planning, risk management, task sequencing, and final submission.
  • Prepare and submit complete application packages while reviewing baseline studies and management plans from internal teams and external consultants.
  • Coordinate environmental baseline programs, field logistics, and post‑approval compliance scheduling and reporting.
  • Manage information requests, maintain permitting trackers, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Lead engagement and consultation with regulators, Indigenous governments, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Support proposal development, RFPs, budgeting, scheduling, and change requests.
  • Assist U.S. colleagues on projects requiring NEPA, NPDES, and Section 404 permitting.
What You’ll Bring
  • Expertise in mining environmental permitting and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and proposal writing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities for managing multi‑disciplinary teams and engaging with regulators and Indigenous partners.
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting and mining, with at least 5 years focused on mine‑site permitting and compliance.
  • Familiarity with environmental studies, baseline programs, field logistics, and compliance for water, wetlands, and species considerations.
  • Ability to work across diverse jurisdictions and support U.S. permitting frameworks when needed.
