Your new role
Is considered a fully qualified land rights professional with experience managing land scope for projects either in-house or at a land broker. Identify land requirements and potential issues on integrity projects, acquisition or development programs; provide facilitation in unique land issues, claims, negotiations recognizing precedent-setting impacts; support and implement the annual integrated public awareness program; direct and/or advise contract land agents, appraisal experts, consulting foresters and surveyors, contractors involved with property matters and ownership;
ensure data within the land database is current and accurate.
What you'll need to succeed
8 plus years of experience with land owners and in house project coordination
Experience with regulatory andernment bodies.
