• Leading building design projects from planning to execution
• Guiding proposal development and supporting business growth
• Mentoring junior and intermediate engineers with a focus on autonomy and growth
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (internal and external)
• Managing resources, schedules, costs, and quality across multiple project types
• Supporting hiring and onboarding initiatives
• Promoting a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture

• 10+ years in structural engineering, including consulting experience
• Expertise in a range of materials: timber, concrete, steel, masonry, and wood
• Familiarity with Canadian building codes and integrated project delivery models
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bonus:
