• Perform Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) processes and lead design model reviews in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination meetings and track action items
• Compile quantity variance reports for estimating and change management, and conduct quality control assessments
• Collaborate with operations teams to execute the BIM Coordination schedule
• Implement innovative VDC tools and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, with a minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and specifications related to VDC
• Professional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and BIM-based applications (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)

• Attain and maintain continuing education credits for CM-BIM designation
• Basic scripting/coding skills (e.g., Dynamo, Python)
• Familiarity with animation software (e.g., Lumion, Twin Motion)
• Knowledge of continuous improvement culture, concepts, and methods
• Ability to interpret Reality Capture information within VDC workflows
