Project Manager – Engineering

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Engineering to join our team to ensure the delivery of engineering capital projects within the midstream sector. In this role, you will oversee the execution and management of cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

• Lead the development, coordination, and execution of assigned midstream engineering projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to manage the end-to-end project life cycle and align project deliverables with business objectives
• Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and risk registers to ensure delivery within scope and corporate standards
• Collaborate, guide and mentor a KZenEdge Project Coordinator to effectively manage communication, meetings and documentation
• Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and change management documentation to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement practices across projects

• 7+ years project management experience, preferably within oil and gas midstream operations
• PMP certification or equivalent PMI credentials required
• Proven track record managing engineering projects for owner/operator companies
• Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio
• Exceptional stakeholder management and risk management capabilities
• Strong communication and mentorship skills across all organizational levels
• Financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis
