• Lead strategic growth:
  Build and strengthen client relationships in Alberta’s water markets.
• Deliver complex projects:
  Oversee planning, design, construction, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Champion technical excellence:
  Act as Project Director on major assignments, ensuring rigorous standards and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate nationally and globally:
  Integrate expertise from WSP’s water teams and global delivery network.
• Mentor and inspire:
  Develop high‑performing multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Eligible for registration as a P.Eng. in Alberta.
• Track record of growing business and building trusted client relationships in Alberta.
• Proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary projects and portfolios with strong financial acumen.
• Expertise in water/wastewater treatment systems, conveyance, and infrastructure delivery.
