Your Impact- Lead strategic growth:
Build and strengthen client relationships in Alberta’s water markets. - Deliver complex projects:
Oversee planning, design, construction, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment facilities. - Champion technical excellence:
Act as Project Director on major assignments, ensuring rigorous standards and innovative solutions. - Collaborate nationally and globally:
Integrate expertise from WSP’s water teams and global delivery network. - Mentor and inspire:
Develop high‑performing multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
- Eligible for registration as a P.Eng. in Alberta.
- Track record of growing business and building trusted client relationships in Alberta.
- Proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary projects and portfolios with strong financial acumen.
- Expertise in water/wastewater treatment systems, conveyance, and infrastructure delivery.

Location & CompensationCalgary, Alberta, Canada – Salary: CA $250,000 – CA $300,000.
