Document Management Analyst – Cenovus Energy
Reporting into the Lead Document Management Facility Engineering Projects, the Document Management Analyst will support all Canadian Thermal Upstream projects in all stages of the Document Management Lifecycle. The role will partner closely with both internal project engineers and external EP project teams to support Operations Projects throughout their life cycle.

What you’ll do- Provide quality control of engineering and vendor documents.
- Be responsible for document and drawing revisions.
- Conduct CWP and FCN tracking, control, and distribution.
- Manage construction turnover documentation.
- Update and maintain Project Master Stick Files.
- Complete project closeouts.
- Provide McLaren Work Manager and Workbook Training to teams.
- Enforce Document Management standards and procedures to ensure high quality and trust of engineering documents.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Electronic Document Management Systems.
- Information and Records Management Certificate or certification in another relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
- Clear understanding of different engineering disciplines, related technical documents and metadata being managed.
- Experience training users on drawing management systems and Document Management processes.
- Experience working in SharePoint, Content Server, and Access.
- Experience with McLaren Workbook and McLaren Work Manager an asset.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam is an asset.
