Energy​/Power Generation Operator, Oil & Gas

Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. We are focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

We are currently seeking field-based Operators to support operations in the Sundre, Rocky Mountain House, and Sylvan Lake area. This is a Contract position.

• Operate and monitor field equipment and facilities
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
• Follow safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Complete required documentation and computer-based reporting
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Previous oil & gas industry experience or comparable operating experience
• Strong work ethic with a self-motivated approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Solid computer skills (required for reporting and field systems)
• Safety-focused mindset
