Graham is actively recruiting for a Proposal Specialist supporting the Buildings Group. Reporting to the Proposals Manager, the Proposals Specialist plays a key role in supporting Commercial projects group.

• Manage end-to-end proposal development for large-scale construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and deliver high-quality, competitive proposals.
• Maintain and update proposal library content to support future submissions.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality using InDesign and other design tools.
• Oversee timelines and deliverables to meet submission deadlines effectively.

• 5+ years of experience in proposal development or related roles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe In Design (mandatory).
• Experience managing large-scale proposals for a general contractor.
• Degree or diploma in Communications, Information Design, Marketing, Sales, or Graphic Design.
